Excellent customer service from Sales Executive Karin S! When I purchased my last car 8 years ago I did not have a great experience with the sales person. This time with Karin has been so different. She is friendly and professional, she gave me information about the car and the different specs across the model without coming across as patronising, she has a great manner with customers. She made me feel welcome each time I went to the showroom, nothing seemed too much trouble, and what I appreciated most of all was that I was not pressured in to buying add on packages that I didn't want. It was great to be informed about them and have them explained, offered them, and be able to accept or decline them and that be accepted in a respectful manner. Karin kept me updated when she said she would, I didn't have to chase anything and she made the whole purchase experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much Karin.
Visited Drive Direct today while doing some initial research on a car I’m considering buying. The staff were excellent — really friendly, helpful and completely relaxed. They answered the questions I had but also gave us plenty of space to look around the car at our own pace without any pressure. A really positive experience and I was genuinely impressed.
Big shout out to drive vauxhall east particularly karin for making the purchase of my new car very easy and convenient. Her video presentation of the car was informative and helpfull and made it easy to make a decision on purchase without physically seeing the car.She made me comfortable on arrival and gave me options in taking out extra warrantys on the car, without being overly pushy something i do particularly hate. Absolutely fantastic service today at Drive Vauxhall East Bristol. I booked to discuss and hopefully order my new motability car and was offered an appointment when it suited me which was so helpful. Gaynor Mott was the motability specialist who talked me through the process. There was no persuasion or pressure at all and I was encouraged to take time to choose the right vehicle for me. Gaynor was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. She was also kind and a lot of fun. I ended up choosing the Mokka which I'm over the moon with. It suits my health and disability needs perfectly. I can't thank Gaynor and the team enough for their service today and can't wait to pick the new car up! I would thoroughly recommend this garage and especially Gaynor.

Had my car fixed here after someone had driven into it. Can't praise the staff enough. Amanda and Heidi were great in reception. Mark and Wayne were very knowledgeable on the repair. Went in for a recent visit to look at second hand options as well as new. Karen was so helpful and allowed us to look at multiple different options so we had a really good idea as to what was on offer and what may be suitable. She talked us through the options for new cars as well and was honest and transparent which helped us narrow down our choices. I’m very happy with the car I have purchased and pleased with the competitive price given to me in part exchange for my old car. A great experience dealing with Gaynor. My only observation was that there was a delay confirming funds had been received, which I would have expected to have been done prior to my appointment.

I had my car serviced and it had an MOT. All the team at the kingswood branch are fantastic. I was called the day before to remind me of my appointment and then when I dropped my car off they were very helpful. I had updates throughout the day about my car and what needed to be fixed. I Had the things fixed on my car and I even paid over 3 months interest free for the work carried out. The mechanics are very thorough and the other staff go above and beyond. I definitely recommend the Vauxhall- kingswood, Bristol branch for sales, aftercare and services and MOT. All great!

We were nervous about buying a new car, as our previous experience with Carbase was awful. We were pleasantly surprised as Riccardo was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, offering us a great deal with no pressure to add extras. I recently purchased a car from Drive Bristol East and was very impressed with the level of service. Riccardo dealt with my initial test drive and then, when I decided to go ahead with the purchase, sorted everything for me. Extremely happy with the deal I got, after doing plenty of research beforehand. No hard sell at all from Riccardo and he even paired my phone with the car and configured the best home screen too. I was particularly pleased about that, as I'm hopeless with technology! I would definitely recommend.
I purchased a car on finance from Vauxhall Drive East. They were very helpful and patient with me throughout the process. A few months later, the car failed its MOT (which I had done elsewhere) on a few minor wear and tear issues. I took the car straight to Vauxhall Drive East and they took it in immediately, fixed all issues, even advisory ones, and did a full health check on the car all for no cost. I got the car back the next day with a passed MOT. I like how they send you a video of the car and point out all the work they have done on the car so you can see everything clearly and understand what they have done.
