Vauxhall Mokka

We brought a second hand Kia Rio yesterday. Karin was superb. She is professional and informative. The transaction was smooth and much faster than I thought it would be. And the car is great.

Really satisfied with the one-to-one experience at the dealership in Bristol. Riccardo was very helpful, professional and friendly. Although I was buying an older part-ex from them, I was still made to feel like a 'new car customer'. They were happy to retrofit parking sensors as part of the deal without fuss. Overall super happy. Only difficulty was getting in touch by phone - which went through a really crap, slow national switchboard. No direct number was given for the dealership. Was pretty annoying when we were trying to sort out payment details. Coffee was nice though.

We had a really marvellous experience when we bought our car. All week my husband was saying Skoda and I suggested that we drop into the Vauxhall Dealership on our way to have a look. We were having a good look round and discovered the Outlander. What a lovely car. As we were looking around AJ came out and asked if he could be of assistance. My husband said that he had been looking at the car and really liked it. "no problem, I'll get the keys" says AJ. The rest is history. There was nothing that was too much trouble for AJ, if we asked he told us, if we were unsure of what he said, he told us again (well me really). He consulted with his manager over various issues which were to our advantage. He was fun, knowledgeable, courteous, and so helpful. If I were to buy another car, I would be straight back up to see him for his help, he was great. Thank you AJ, for everything.

I bought my last Mokka from Drive and was impressed with the service I received from them so when I wanted to update my car I didn’t hesitate to go to Drive again. I told Tudor exactly what I was after and the perfect car was found. From agreeing the deal to picking up the car took a week and I was updated on where the car was as it wasn’t in Bristol at the time. On pick up I was given a thorough lesson before driving away as it’s much more modern than my last Mokka! Thank you Tudor and Drive!

Very pleased with our purchase. I recently purchased a Corsa from Drive and I have to say I have nothing but praise for the amazing customer service I have received from TJ, he was with me every step of the way and has responded to all my queries quickly! When I signed the dotted line he said if you need anything let me know and I thought “yeah right” but when I did need to contact him with a couple of queries he would respond so quickly and got my issues resolved so promptly and with no fuss! Gave this garage 5 stars as we had excellent service from gaynor whom we dealt with whilst buying a mokka , very pleasant and professional cannot fault her , she gave a video presentation of the car we were interested in , which was thourough and informative . I bought a Nissan Qashqai from drivedirect Bristol East last year and was impressed with the service! After my initial enquiry I was sent a personalised video tour of the car which was very detailed and thorough. Part exchanged my Vauxhall Astra and got a fair price for it. Riccardo Bruno provided excellent customer service and made everything go very smoothly, including dealing with the change of ownership and vehicle tax. The car has been great, very reliable and it’s just passed its MOT with no advisories. Would recommend and would buy through them again.

Buying a new car for my husband, Lauren was really helpful, she listened to what we wanted in a car, showed us the one we wanted and made sure we were happy with it. When we picked the car up, she explained the service package to us, I was so impressed that I joked that I'd like to have it on my car as well. Lauren spoke with her manager and said that we could do the deal on my car also! Amazing experience yesterday with Robert buying a Nissan Qashqai, very professional and helpful, listened to all our questions, went through all the details with us, explaining our options while never making us feel pushed or pressured towards anything we weren't interested in. Would 100% recommend was a lovely purchase experience. While expressing a minor concern with the car, I was immediately told it would be looked at, tested and replacements would be made if any issues. Very professional place.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Karin dealt with us and we couldn’t be happier! Nothing was too much trouble, we went in not knowing which car we wanted and Karin showed us quite a few and went through all of them with us, we weren’t pushed in anyway. We purchased a Granland X and were over the moon with it! Would definitely buy our cars in future from here!
