Visited the Vauxhall site last week and had the pleasure of having Karl as my salesman. Karl took time to show the car inside and out and made sure it suited to our needs. Karl went through every aspect of the car how it worked inside and out. When it came to the collection day Karl greeted me professionally offered refreshments and made sure I was happy with everything with the car. Karl was really great. It's our first electric car and first new car in over 10 years so we had a lot of questions. Karl was very patient and shared a lot of knowledge without any sales pressure. We travelled a distance to get to the showroom, so we appreciated that Karl sent through a personalised video tour of the car beforehand. The test drive was really good and we got to learn the different driving modes etc. When I collected the car Karl sat with me and talked through all the features of the car we hadn't covered on the test drive so I was able to drive off confidently. I can't really fault the experience at all to be honest

Karoly was brilliant. He took his time with us, explained all the features of our new car thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. He was extremely professional throughout. While he did make us aware of other products, we really appreciated that he didn’t give us the usual hard sales pitch—that’s something we’ve always found off-putting and one of the main reasons we’ve delayed buying a new car. We were genuinely impressed, and it’s thanks to Karoly’s professionalism alone that we would happily return in the future.

After a few months of being messed around and let down by other companies I went direct to Vauxhall and purchased a car. In my case I found the guys very helpful, professional and not pushy in any way shape or form. When I arrived on the forecourt I was met by Tony. Tony gave me the space I asked for and when I needed assistance he was ready to help me with my questions, I decided to take the car out for a test run, James and Tony were both very helpful and happy to answer all questions and I can assure you, there was a lot. I decided to take the car and not at any point was I pressured into buying a vehicle. Everything was made ready and again, on handover day I wasn’t pressured to buy any of the after packages, Both James and Tony have been brilliant all throughout the process. After a shaky start when the original salesman I spoke to doubled booked himself our experience with Connor, who stepped in to assist us, was excellent. Test drive and negotiating the purchase was very pleasant and professional. Car was delivered at the time we requested and the handover was perfect.

Overall my experience was good, sales person James Richardson was very polite, accommodating, and not pushy like some other car sales people I have come across recently. The only thing I am not entirely happy with is that upon car collection there was a clear discrepancy in the mileage from the time I took the car out for a test drive, placing a deposit and collecting the car which meant the car had been used after I had secured it. When I questioned the discrepancy no-one was able to provide me with an adequate explanation. Whilst it’s not hundreds of miles it’s the principle I had secured the car and it should have only had a few extra miles to account for any movement around the garage. This small but very relevant point has left me feeling quite disappointed with the overall service I would have scored 3.5 if the system allowed.
Dealt with Karl from the start. Although he wasn't always available, his colleagues stepped in and helped and made sure arrangements were made to suit me to come back or sort things out over the phone. Karl has been incredible from start to finish and I never feel rushed or pushed for time. Incredible service. Highly recommend Drive Vauxhall WsM.
Nick Spencer at Drive looked after me superbly throughout the process of buying my new car. For a number of reasons, there were some documentary problems when I went to pick up the car. Nick quickly and with good humour found solutions to each hurdle. First class customer service.
Fantastic from start to finish. Alexei gave my car a full inspection as it was a p/x. Happy with the valuation, especially as I bought it new from the same dealership using the in-house service and MOT services. I arrived today to collect my new car and received great customer service. Throughout the purchase process, I had good communication from Alexei. When I tried to change my insurance over, my insurers system had failed. Alexei was able to source a free 7 day policy whilst I sorted with my usual insurers. Many thanks to Drive Weston.

I took a Corsa for a test drive and Karl was absolutely fantastic and not the least bit pushy. I normally dread changing cars as the sales team are usually so pushy, but Karl was anything but. Totally professional and very knowledgeable I would have given 5 stars however the model I wished to take out was unavailable but Karl made sure the exact same spec was able to test drive. Unfortunately I did not purchase from Drive this time. Would definitely recommend.
