He was able to answer all questions, and addressed a couple of requests I made very promptly. He took time to ensure I was happy with the car and its layout and screens. Alexei was the sales executive who helped me through the whole process and his explanation of everything including the warranty and service deals on offer was commendable! All the arrangements were made for me to drive away with the DVLA paperwork seen to on my behalf and a thorough explanation of the features and controls of the vehicle demonstrated.
