I wanted to leave some positive feedback regarding my experience, Harry Rees was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made me feel comfortable without any pressure. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase the car due to my own personal reasons, I genuinely appreciated the excellent customer service and support provided. I would definitely recommend speaking with him to anyone considering buying a vehicle.

Fantastic service from Sam Harris who was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. As this was my first time considering an electric car, he also showed me how to drive it properly including how the regenerative braking works. He provided honest advice without any pressure and made the process stress-free.

Lucy and Michelle Lucy served us initially very professional and great customer service. Great keeping the kids entertained whilst relaying all relevant information to us. A great asset to the team. Michelle also very professional and friendly, has a great teacher in Lucy.

We bought a used Hyundai i20 from Drive MG Weston-super-Mare: the salesman was Neil. From start to finish, the process was pleasant and easy. We carried out a test drive and got a reasonable part exchange deal. Neil was friendly, but not at all pushy and sorted out all the formalities with little fuss. We enjoyed the time in his company despite it being a business deal. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend.

Lucy O'Sullivan has been an absolute joy to work with. She promptly helped me with my enquiry to purchase a used vehicle. She is professional, pro active and very friendly. I can recommend popping into the show room and asking for her.

James was very helpful. He listened to my needs and worked out the best deal. He didn't try to push anything on me - no hard sell. He was also excellent in assisting throughout the purchase process.

I Have just had the most amazing car buying experience in my life. Driving into the customer carpark and then meeting Neil. I had seen the car online and came to the dealership.Neil was amazing. He showed me the car answered all my questions honestly and made me feel very welcome and unpressured. The test drive went very well and I decided to purchase the car. I did mention some of my concerns about the car to Neil and he said he would try his best. WOW I picked up the car today and it's PERFECT. My concerned had been address. Just bought a lovely Ford Focus and could not be more pleased. I am a bit on the older side and struggle with documents and stuff like that and don't have a smart phone, the Senior Sales Executive Mr. Nickolas Spenser gave me time and showed patience and made the whole experience really pleasant, he even rang me at home later to make sure I had got back down to Devon ok and all was well with the car. To be honest could not be more happy and thanks to all.

I had a great experience buying my first EV used from DriveMG WsM. I had specific needs for my new car and I live over 500 miles away so the trust involved was central to all working out well. I'd had a few less encouraging experiences at other places closer to home in the Frozen North. However this dealership had the right vehicle an the right price, and in the end the car was exactly as described, fault free and was prepped perfectly, so I'm glad i dared to collect from the other end of the UK. Neil was very straightforward and honest, and a pleasure to deal with. He also showed plenty of patience when the finance arrangements i made externally took 3 weeks to complete. I'd recommend him thoroughly if you are lucky enough to live a little nearer to Weston than me!

Bought my first car from Drive Weston and had a great experience with Neil. I travelled down from Scotland, and Neil made sure the car was in top condition for my visit. He went above and beyond to help with a vehicle tax issue over the weekend and kept me updated on a delayed boot liner, which arrived after. My partner needed to replace her car, and we had previously seen and test driven a Dacia, which she thought was a really nice vehicle and suited her needs completely. We went to Drive MG in WsM where she saw a Sandero that she really liked. She was very impressed with the internal layout of the vehicle and she had a great test drive. We thought that it was a lot of car for a lot less than we expected. Neil of Drive was really good; he explained everything clearly, and guided her through the whole process. He also made sure that the car was ready to pick up and drive away; it was a really pain free experience. I would highly recommend Drive.

Bought a VW golf 30 Days ago I can say the sales man that looked after me and was surprised with a last minute handover, sorted and stayed professional through out. I really would recommend the service and help this salesman went through to deliver a car he was not expecting to do due to the other salesman being off ill. Truly great full, he was amazing!

Had the pleasure of buying a used MG ZS this week. I was helped in doing so by the very delightful Neil. He was so so helpful from the video showing me the car before I came to view it, to the very reassuring test drive as I was a little nervous to take the car out. The staff at Drive Weston were very helpful however through no fault of theirs but rather MG spare parts failing to supply the required parts in a timely manner meant I had a two month wait for the repair under warranty. No compensation was offered by MG and no replacement vehicle, the fault in the steering column was potentially life threatening but this cut no ice with MG. I love my MG hybrid but not impressed with MG motors after service.
