My Vauxhall Insignia came in for 6th annual service and 3rd MOT it was washed and valeted as well on collection, then came back in 3 days later for new battery after it was flagged up in health check. Thanks to Mike Farrell on service reception for organizing service,loan car and quick fitting of battery.

Excellent service update me immediately about cam belt due change and went out of their way to fit replacement belt into their busy schedule. Car had been washed and valeted when I collected. Always use Drive Vauxhall, Stockton depot. Great staff. Many thanks.

Dealer is very good But tried to get warranty work done on a van less than 2 yrs old but refused by Vauxhall customer care as van had gone over service period.It had gone over service period because couldn’t get it booked into Darlington for over a month, which is why I swapped work to Stockton.I run a fleet of 74 vehicles of which 3 vans are Vauxhall. I will be sticking with Peugeot and Citroen in future.

Expensive service, good they offer a collect and Redlines service for £20.00 I also added the air con refresh, which I thought was refilling it, they never explained it was just a clean not refill. £39.00 wasted on that alone, will not be using them again Having had problems with my air con, I have had it all sorted now, thanks to Andrew and Alison, found I could get it fixed through warranty, down side is it’s been a cold since 😂

We had a really positive experience buying a van from drive motor retail. We dealt with Sam Shutt who was professional and fast with the quotation. The van was sorted within a few days and they gave a good trade in price for our old van too. Highly recommend!
