Called into drive vauxhall yesterday to look at a car I had seen online. We were given time to peruse the lot at leisure with no pressure. Bought my new car from here today. The service was fantastic especially from Beau. He is so friendly, patient & kind & his knowledge is fantastic like he really, really knows his stuff! From start to finish I was kept up to date with everything either by email or by a phone call. One thing I will say is you won't be forced to buy a car unless it's what you want, you'll be given all the time you need from Beau to make a decision you will not be rushed or pushed to decide anything. That is one of the reasons I went with Drive Motor Retail - some other places were very pushy but that's not Drive Motors way!

The garage was very helpful a young man came up asked what my business was ,we spoke went to find out if people where their for my car got me a cup of coffee , then took me across to Cristy the mobility rep she had a lovely smile and had all the paperwork set up just a case of sign here and their the carwas all ready. She give me a run down on how everything worked and answered all my questions. Must say she was very professional and had all the answers As I said the garage was immaculate and all the staff very helpful and Cristy magnificent, Thanks very much Cristy

Bought a used Crossland from here last week. Staff were fantastic and Peter in particular couldn't do enough for us. Told him what we were looking for and although they didn't have one in stock they were happy to do a search of local branches to find the right car for us. If you are looking for a new or used car you should definitely give them a look in.

Walked in this morning just having a look. A young lad called Jake came to speak to us. Gave us lots of info and help. Sent us into Kristy who dealt with. Signed sealed and sorted very easily. Picked the car up same day at 4pm. Kristy and Jake were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Would use this service again without hesitation.

I called before hand to make sure the car was still available and arranged a time to go and see it and take it for a test drive. We can't praise Drive Vauxhall Stockton enough ,the quality of service was outstanding they were professional and polite to a fault ,we were offered hot chocolate (which i must say was the best we have ever tasted ),and there was a television if we wanted to watch anything.
