The sales person was not available for when we arrived, and we had to wait a significant time for another sales person. This was Nathan, who was excellent from start to finish of the sales process. Nigel was absolutely spot on. After spending a long time speaking to A LOT of car sales people. Who were often adding pressure and being generally overbearing. Nigel was not this. I visited Drive Vauxhall Bristol North for my car service and MOT. As always I received a warm welcome from the staff on the service reception. I was dealt with by Daina who was very efficient, friendly and very helpful and professional. I was kept informed through the day with a phone call and video with an update. Collected my car on the time scheduled and again was dealt with quickly and everything was explained to me what was on the paperwork/invoice. I was even walked out to my car by Dania excellent customer service experience.

Visited a week ago and could test drive the car I was interested in, there and then without a pre-arranged appointment (MG ZS). Left my deposit to return in a week to collect. Picked up yesterday. Recently had a test drive and brought a car with the help of Dan Lammiman who was great throughout my visit and was helpful with any questions I had. Dan went above and beyond making sure the car was ready when I arrived as it was a frosty day and also pulled out another car I was interested in to view. He also provided all details of the history of the car and any work that has been carried out previously. Dan also made sure the car I purchased went through a valet before driving the car away. We visited the showroom for a pre arranged appointment to view a particular car guided by the very professional Mark Perrett. He was very welcoming offering drinks after our long journey and also made our young grand daughter welcoming and occupied with drawings and crayons,going above and beyond. His knowledge of the car and test drive confirmed our choice and we collected the newly MOT’d and serviced car the following week. We must say that the vast choice and price range for vehicles held in stock was very impressive and we would no hesitation in recommending both Mark and the branch to potential customers. One observation would have given mark 10/stars had that been a choice !!!!!
