Alfie, my appointed service support for the day, kept me well informed throughout the day plus a brief video from the workshop. He and his manager were also extremely understanding regarding some unexpected costs arising. A detailed paper health check report of the vehicle was also provided and so all very satisfactory.

I recently visited Vauxhall in Bury st Edmund’s following a negative experience at a different garage. I met with Caroline to discuss what I was looking for and was pleasantly surprised that I was offered a great deal for a brand new car. I only expected to be looking at second hand cars but Caroline and her manager took the time to explain all the different finance options for me and made sure I was comfortable with the deal they were offering. Caroline was also very quick at getting back to me with any queries I had and my new car was ready less than a week later! I am beyond happy with my new Corsa. Andy Brown was the sales person who we dealt with. Andy is friendly, has a great sense of humour, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, and on top of that he was also extremely patient with us, going through all the functions of our new full electric Vauxhall Grandland GS ... it will take a little while for it all to sink in though. Andy offered us all the extras for our new car (ceramic cover protection, gapcover etc.), without ever making us feel like we were being pressured to take any of it. He regularly offered us coffee or water as we were in the dealership for a few hours. The dealership itself was spotlessly clean and looked really nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of weeks ago my fiancée started looking for a new car. We visited Drive Bury St Edmunds with a particular car in mind after seeing it online. While looking at the car we were met by Connor, who took his time to show us the car and let us take it out for a test drive. I'm in the process of buying a car from them. I've done a long journey to pick up the vehicle and they offered me a lift when I arrived in town. The car had a couple of advisories due to low thread on tyres, they've fitted 2 new tyres as well a new rear shock and wiper blade that was picked up as not being up to spec in their final inspection. I purchased a vehicle from Drive last week and I have to say the service from start to finish was impeccable!
