We went to look at a specific car we'd seen on their website but it turned out not to be for us. Phil showed us a few other cars and didn't pressure us just answered any questions honestly. We shopped around for another week before going back and arranging a test drive on a vehicle Phil had recommended and showed us on our first visit. Again no pressure no sales pitch just honest information to help us make our decision. Glad to say we purchased and a week later we have a newly valeted motd and alloys redone vehicle. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I had the best experience at this car garage - I’ve been getting cars from this dealership since my first car. I didn’t know what I wanted and was quite unsure however I dealt with a guy called Sean Belt and was blown away with how amazing the customer service was! He went through all options with me , which would be best for me , test drove a few and made the buying process really easy and smooth. We visited MG in Scarborough as we had seen a Peugeot 308 SW advertised which interested us. We eventually found the most helpful salesman, Phil who told us the car in question was not available but he very kindly arranged to have the same model car which was at their York showroom car brought to Scarborough for us to look at. When they had received the car Phil rang us to make an appointment. Having looked at the car we decided to purchase it and collected it today. Just drove home with our new MG S5 Trophy. This is our first electric car and Joseph and Liam at MG Motors in Scarborough put in a lot of time going through hybrid v full electric pros and cons. From viewing and test driving two cars on Tuesday to driving away with the S5 on Thursday has been straightforward and stress free. Would recommend. Coffees were good too. Thanks gentlemen

I couldn't believe the car prices so much so I came away with a new car. Went in on the Friday and collected it on the Wednesday. The options to buy were very good. I’d been looking to upgrade my MG ZS for a couple of months and spent several visits to my local MG dealerships (Essex). Having been less than impressed by some low trade in offers, via Carwow, I was offered an amazing deal on a new MG ZS Hybrid Trophy by Drive MG up in Scarborough!
