If it was possible I would award six stars! The buying experience was very positive. The salesman who dealt with me was Jon-Paul. At no point did I feel any pressure. He is a really nice guy with a great sense of humour. When I picked up the car he also added a couple of things for free. A generous and kind man who answered all my questions with patience and I felt he genuinely cared. His boss should be proud to have him on the sales team.

A standard dealer service/ warrantee signing location for my car convenient for the center of Darlington if you wanted a walk. The service was good, and the waiting area tidy, clean, with wifi and coffee despite the new building being built. There was a refreshing lack of upsell compared to the local alternatives, but still some as silly prices quoted for work of dubious value: £450+ for the replacement of rear brakes at less than 50% wear? 'Customer declined work.'

My car was booked in for a service and I had a problem with the drivers seat belt. Kieran was my customer service representative, and I can not praise this lovely young man enough. He was friendly, chatty and professional, I was totally surprised when I found out that he has literally just started working there, he is a natural at putting the customer at ease and I had every trust that my car was in good hand.
