Great experience buying our 2024 Kia Picanto GT from Drive Hyundai! Matthew, our Sales Rep, was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and professional in helping us navigate the buying process. Communication was prompt and excellent throughout, and the video messages are a nice touch which allowed us to start inspecting the car and it's condition ahead of the test drive. All in all, great car and great service, would definitely recommend!

I came with my daughter to collect her car. Danielle was very friendly, had a lovely manner and made an excellent cup of tea in this very cold snowy weather. This may sound like a small thing but when it’s minus 3 and we travelled over an hour to get there this was very much appreciated.

Just collected our new (used) car from Drive Hyundai Scarborough. We are very happy with our Tucson and had an excellent experience with Arran, the sales executive. He was very friendly and approachable but what particularly stood out for us, was that he wasn’t at all pushy, we never felt railroaded into buying, his communication was excellent and he sent regular video calls to update us, which was great and kept us in the loop. We were also very impressed by the prompt and professional response by the reception team answering the phone and Stuart, one of the managers, who came to chat to us and confirmed everything was fine before we drove away. Will definitely use this dealership again and well done Arran!

Very friendly and helpful staff, took my car in for a service and they were great. Recieved my courtesy car quickly, so I could get back to work. Return of the courtesy car was fast. I am sad they no longer wash the car, but like all businesses, they have to save money on different things.

Visited the Hyundai dealership with my Daughter who was after her first brand new car. We were assisted by Jacob, a charming young man. There was some trouble with the final paperwork and he even came in on his day off to make sure it was sorted and my Daughter was still able to collect her new car on the day that was first quoted. Booked a test drive on line, the morning of the test drive I received a video e mail introducing Stuart the sales rep who would be dealing with me and the test drive. This I thought a nice touch. Stuart was very friendly and helpful, answering questions and getting answers if he didnt know the answer. His sales manager was just as helpful getting me a better deal on my trade in though he knew I would buy the car without a trade in. When I picked up my car, Stuart was not available but Dan his colleague completed the sale and trade in. Making sure I did not leave until I was completly happy with everything. All in all a good dealership, customer focused.

Took our pride and joy Motorhome here for a service 😀 only 5 pounds dearer than another well know local garage, but not a main dealer. We got a full video of the work that they had done. All the interior where the technician sits was covered to protective sheeting inc foot well, steering wheel plus lots more. I was concerned over leaving it for the full day in a very busy area but the girls on the service desk assured me they will look after it and park it somewhere safe away once it's waiting collection. We picked it up with a full run down at what had been done, and even one of the ladies walked us to the MH to remove protective plastic and to make sure we were happy with everything. If I could give them 5 🌟 stars plus then i would, but google only allows 5 🌟 Any fellow Peugeot chassis motorhomers in the Scarborough area give em a go. Finishing on a high.
