I don't know where to begin to praise the service I received from DriveDirect Bristol an in particular to Leona! From the day I went in to look at Leapmotor models Leona treated me like a human being and was nothing short of kind, welcoming, understanding, professional and excellent laugh! The shift to EV was always going to be a little unnerving but I tested the car and fell in love with it. We had some hiccups with the availability expectation and shipping but nothing to do with the DDB and Leona and team managed to speed up the process ad rectify the issue. I cannot give less than 5 stars and a huge thank you to Leona and all the best of luck xx

She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Leona answered all my queries, dispelled my doubts and put no pressure on me, which was refreshing Would I be happy to buy another car from drive vauxhall? Absolutely yes!!

Having recently bought a car with Leona's help, I have to highly recommend the process and especially Leona. She listened to our needs and worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted, keeping us informed and updated throughout the process, and also having a follow up call. Deivis was brilliant, I have just got my car from drive vauxhall filton. Luckily we were greeted by Deivis, he was so patient and kind. He could not have done enough to help us. He was not pushy we didn't feel rushed into making a decision. He kept me updated regularly with excellent communication, even though I was buying a second hand car he made us feel like we were buying a brand new car. I would definitely 💯 recommend visiting drive vauxhall filton and asking for Deivis he should definitely be acknowledged for his kindness and I hope drive vauxhall filton appreciate him as you don't often find a sales member of staff as efficient as Deivis. Even though we didn’t end up buying a car, Vicky was absolutely fantastic. She spent a huge amount of time with us, explaining everything in fine detail and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Unfortunately, we couldn’t quite come to an agreement on the price but that had nothing to do with Vicky and the level of service we received. Vicky was a real delight to deal with — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout. She truly deserves a pay rise for the effort and care she puts into her work.

Went out for a test drive with Mark P in an MG on Sunday. He was very helpful and knew his stuff without being at all pressurising. Just fantastic, informative friendly customer service. We are still debating which car to purchase, but also wanted to appreciate the help we had from Mark. Jo and Dan.

We booked a test drive of a used Hyundai Santa Fe at Drive Direct. On arrival Mark quickly and efficiently set us up to look at the car and sorted the paperwork required for the test drive. When we had had a good look over the car he came out on the drive, giving useful and timely directions so that we could experience a variety of roads without having to worry about navigating or getting lost! He was knowledgeable about the car and helpful throughout. The car matched up to expectations and we decided to buy it. Mark then organised for a tow bar to be fitted and explained the options for payment and collection. Throughout the process he was friendly and efficient without making us feel pressured at all. I can strongly recommend Mark and Drivedirect.

I had a lovely young man named Nigel assisting me with buying the car . I had reservations due to being duped by a used car salesman and had lots of questions to ask to put my mind at ease. Nigel spent a few hours with me over two weekends answering all my questions and finding things out for me . He was with me on my test drive and again answered all my questions. Great experience buying a used car with Drive Vauxhall Bristol North. I was expecting a typical OTT sales approach when I found a car I liked, which would have instantly put me off. However, Arnold was really friendly; helpful and approachable and made the experience a lot smoother. The day I went to collect the car, he pointed out a teeny tiny cosmetic dent in the bodywork that hadn’t been noticed when I purchased the car (and was so small I probably wouldn’t have ever noticed) and not only did he highlight it to me, he had already arranged for a Dent Removal company to get in touch to come out and repair it at my home address. Really helpful, thank you again!

A refreshingly straight forward no pressure experience from start to finish. Adam found me the perfect car that matched my budget, spec and affordability. No upselling or pressure, just good conversations to find the ideal solution. We went from a look around to driving away my used MG ZS within about 10 days. Adam did all the leg work as far as paper work and form filling, which made for a smooth and straight forward purchase. Car is great, packed full of spec for the price and still has over 3 and half years warranty left. I'll be returning when my wife's car is up for renewal later this year.
