My initial contact was followed up professionally, and after a quick phone call I was booked in for a test drive the very next day. Saj Patel was looking after me. A quick introductory video was sent to me, which was a nice was to meet the person you'd be working with. On the day, I was offered a range of products and options, but there was never any heavy sales pressure. In fact, on the finance side they actually managed to get me a better rate than my own broker, which worked out really well in the end. Just four days later, I picked up the car and drove away. Honestly, it was one of the easiest car-buying processes I’ve experienced. This helped as I suffer from anxiety and found Saj to be direct, helpful and had a high level of efficiency and calm about him. Even after the sale, Saj still responds to emails and offers support, which has been brilliant. Would I recommend him? Absolutely.
