Took out an extended warranty with Drive when i purchased my car. My rear parking sensors failed during the cold snap in January. Booked it in for a diagnostic. Chloe kept me up to date where the car was on the list, when it had gone into the workshop when it was being worked on etc.. They delt with the warranty side of things. The part was ordered and 6 days later back in fixed. No hassle, exactly what i would want for after sales service.

Matt was incredibly helpful from phoning me with regular updates throughout the whole process to being very reassuring as I took possession of the car and checking later on that day that everything had gone smoothly on my journey home. Really appreciated his attention to detail at every stage of the process

My wife met Sinead at the Nuneaton branch yesterday to test drive a car, she loved Sineads approach, pleasant, helpful and let the car sell its self with no pressure. I personally was impressed that Sinead took the time to send us a personalised walk around video of the car before we arrived and promptly answered any questions we had. We have been made to feel totally at ease, its nice dealing with nice people! Thank you!

Brought a car from drivrdirect Nuneaton 2 day's ago. The sales girl Sinead was amazing. Very helpful, pleasant, credit to the company. Thank you Sinead.

Overall service from nuneaton dealership good. Salesman Matt reasonable, but seemed more interested in selling the car rather than offering solutions to our queries. The car had to go back after 2 days as it would not start. Initially sorting remedy out was difficult as initial calls were directed to a central call centre in Yorkshire. It was not until I got through to the Nuneaton branch that recovery was sorted out by them . A further conversation with the General manager when we arrived with the car resulted in the battery being changed while I waited rather than leaving the vehicle till yhe next day. Well done Nuneaton. Poor service National help line.
