We brought a lovely Nissan quashqai and the service we received from Andrew Brown was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much for him, I was going to buy one car and he done all the paperwork and at the last minute I changed my mind and decided to buy a different one, he replied no problem as long as I was happy, poor man had to start all over again, but I did get the car I really wanted and love it , I would recommend drivedirect to anyone and hopefully you will get Andrew Brown to help you, not saying the other are not as good as him but my experience was brilliant thanks you Andrew, just to add I had a flat battery a few days later and found it was the interior light had a short on it , but Andrew and J2O (his oppo) came to my house took my car back to drivedirect and fixed the problem AND then brought my car back to me, NOW that's what I call customer service and satisfaction, absolutely brilliant.
