In November/ December 2024 I was dealing with Andrew Fisher. I don’t generally like car shopping as I’ve had a few negative experiences with pushy sales people. Thankfully, Andrew was not like that at all. I’d been looking at the MG3+. He listened, gave me space to process information, called when arranged, answered all my questions (and there was a lot). I really wanted to buy a car from Andrew but unfortunately it wasn’t to be. He really is an asset to Drive York.

On our visit we was warmly welcomed, even though was early, given a coffee each, Andrew fisher, was extremely helpful showed the car we was interested in, unfortunately they didn't have the one we wanted in the colour we wanted but Andrew drew on their companies stock and found a few in our colour and price range. He was knowledgeable in the ranges and very helpful. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.

Had a very poor first impression of Drive MG York and originally gave a 1 star review but the manager Wesley reached out and we tried again. Had a very good experience with Andrew Fisher test driving an MG4 and he and the manager were very honest and up front in their dealings with us. Would now recommend.

York MG really stepped up for us. We fell in love with the MG 4 Epower, and based on the advertising, the price was exceptional. But it turned out, after an evening of excitement about buying the car, the advertising from many of the dealers was deceptive. Read the fine print. Deal only applied to blue light workers. Well, we were extremely disappointed. We did extensive research and also discovered that not all dealerships are the same. They make deals with manufacturers to sell at certain prices. Drive MG York was the answer. The right car. Perfect colour at the best price. Holly was exceptional. Once the car was transferred to the dealership, she stayed in constant communication with us, sent a video of the car when it arrived on site and arranged a time for us to pick it up. She even blocked out a few hours in case we needed extra time learning the functions. We highly recommend Drive MG. Ask for Holly. They won’t steer you wrong. (Pun intended).

Just had a great experience with my latest service here. Celina was so friendly and helpful throughout the process and with my various enquiries. The service and MOT was fast and efficient, and what really impressed me was the video sent to me, showing me around and underneath my car, and giving heads-up warning on things that were not an MOT fail but would be wearing out soon. Overall very impressive.

Sydney and Holly were just absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Both were very approachable, friendly, professional and the personal touches they gave meant that little bit more to us! Luke and I were seen to promptly each time we went, and the service we received was just brilliant. The information provided was fab and anything we didn't know was explained very well and in detail where needed. We would highly recommend this garage, and we just can't say enough good things about Chris and the team at the Poppleton garage.

Amazing experience with MG Motors. Our sales advisor Brendan gave us a full customer experience giving us a run down on the latest tech and motors. Would recommend if you’re looking to upgrade from old cars to new spec vehicles.

Excellent car dealership, made the whole car buying experience much nicer than I have ever had in the past, Mia helped us work out what price range we were looking at based on our monthly cost preference and all costs were included within the monthly fee no hidden extras added after we had decided on the car. She was really helpful throughout and has called to check everything is ok after purchase. Would highly recommend the garage.

We finally received our shiny new MG after buying it in September last year. Ian kept us informed and updated on any progress. Very happy with the car and the service we received albeit a very long wait which seems to be the norm in the current climate. He even managed to help us with a temporary car at a much better price than it would be to hire one elsewhere. Very much appreciated! Would highly recommend.
