He was extremely friendly and his communication was on point. He was very basic with explaining everything but this was extremely important for me as I struggle with complex terminology. I had seen a car online that I was interested in looking at, I popped down to have a look and went up to a very friendly and helpful salesman. I was able to take it for a test drive there and then and afterwards decided to buy the vehicle.
