Awww Craig Cane is mint. He's so friendly and easy to talk to! It felt like I left the dealership with a new pal - he probably left with a headache, though. He did everything he could to get me a deal I was happy with on my new car. I can't thank or recommend Craig enough. I'll be coming to Craig for my next car when I'm ready for it, whenever that may be! (Hopefully for him, a long time, so he can have a break from me and my inability to shut up) The actual dealership is spot on too, well maintained and all the staff are lovely. Coffee is cracking - even get it in a real mug (didn't get to take it home, but maybe if I'd tried harder, I could have smuggled it out with me)

I had been looking for a new car and found one I was really interested in. I dealt with Barry and I couldn't have received any better service. He arranged an appointment for me to go down and test drive the car and run through finance options and what would be best for me. He didn't at any point force me into buying the car he made sure it was the right decision for me. He was amazing from start to finish, funny, knowledgeable and very helpful. To top it off even after picking the car up he's checked in to make sure everything is going well with the car. I would highly recommend Drive Vauxhall Darlington.

I purchased a new car from this garage a couple of years ago and have returned several times since for servicing and warranty work. The team has always been great to deal with, and I’ve never had any issues getting things resolved quickly and efficiently. Called by with my wife to have a look at a few cars, spoke to Craig Cane who was very helpful and approachable. Even though the car she wanted wasn't in stock, Craig still went out of his way going through everything including other cars that fit a similar description of what she wanted. Couldn't fault the service at all. I was kept up to date by text and e-mail at every stage, it even included a video of the checks made by the technician. Also the work was completed a day earlier than expected.

We dealt with Matthew- we went looking fir a new EV MG for my partner, upon discussing needs and what we want from the car we were quoted some prices. These were unfortunately out of our budget, Matthew then worked with us to find an affordable car that suited us and took his time to explain and work around various factors that got in the way. He was a blessing for us and we walked out happy with a used MG5 which the partner loves. Will definitely use the branch again when i am in need of a car!

Had a really good experience during my PCP review with Andy. Used Drive Vauxhall for my past two cars and Andy was great. We discussed the budget for my new car, went through all the different options. He was really transparent around the finance, price points, different options available and ended up getting a new 2025 Corsa. The contact during the process was brilliant, I received regular updates via email and video clips. The car itself has been lovely to drive.

Arrived to drop off my Mokka for a service & MOT to find that I hadn’t been booked in . I also needed a courtesy car. It wasn’t Darlington’s error as I booked through the main groups booking centre. Kieran at the service department in Darlington was lovely and apologetic and promptly sorted me out getting the car serviced/MOT and managed to find me a courtesy car too. His customer care was brilliant, he never panicked or tried to put the blame on me on anyone else. He apologised and put things right. Very refreshing to see a young person taking full responsibility even though it wasn’t his error.

Andy was fantastic throughout the purchase of my new (to me) Skoda Yeti. I bought the car entirely over the phone and Andy couldn't have been more professional. He sent over a video walk around of the car, all the paperwork, happily answered all of my questions and arranged a prompt delivery. Would definitely buy from him again.

Booked my car in for an MOT early morning and wait slot. Laura advised me that the machine had broken down and I could either wait possibly all day or re book. I didn’t want to wait all day and it wasn’t convenient to rebook. I asked if my car could be done first once the machine was mended. This was agreed and the MOT was completed by 11.30. Did everything to accommodate my time pressures, efficient service

Arranged a test drive for a Peugeot 2008 at Drive Vauxhall Darlington and was dealt with by Kayleigh Jones, she took me through all of my options (with a little input from Phil), all of my many questions were answered and I did buy the car a few days later after some dithering on my part and a deal I was happy with. I have to say that I was most impressed by how easy it was all made for me and how friendly everyone was. I arrived to collect the car, which was absolutely gleaming, both inside and out, and Kayleigh helped me pair my phone to the car before I drove away. I can't praise her enough for the way I was treat and her cheerful and friendly personality, I never felt pressured or as if I was a nuisance with my questions.... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch. Oh and I love my fabulous 2008.

Laura, then for me only after a few hours to inform me that my car was ready to be picked up , I returned to the office signed my paperwork and my car was returned to me.
