Just taken delivery of our new vauxhall frontera gs extended range ev and want to say what a fantastic experience we had, a particular mention has to go to Mo Payne their motability advisor for giving us the best experience we have ever had in our lifetime of ordering cars. She went above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new vauxhall or Peugeot car or indeed have a look at their used cars

Jamie Boddy has helped us from the very beginning to get our new Motability vehicle and he has been a super star through the entire process. He answered all our questions, took us for a test drive, and with us buying for the first time an electric vehicle, he took his time to explain the entire process on how to get a charger at home and how to charge on charging stations. He even showed us an app on how to choose the best (cheap and fast charger) charging stations. Like ai said, he was a supper star!!!

Hi, Review about the team and also a member of staff individually. All staff very helpful. Ebony Watt is the most helpful sales person i have had experience with when buying cars from yourselves. I have had 2 cars previously and never had anyone that has been helpful. After having a bad experience with one of the sales staff in the beginning, i was pleased when i got swapped to Ebony. Both myself and parents felt comfortable with her when out for a test drive. Also Ebony showed me different things in the car and spoke to me about everything. If i was to tell someone to buy a car from yourselves i would advised them to be seen by Ebony, as i couldn't fault her. She has been excellent from start to finish, and has been helpful since i have had the car aswell. She is very friendly, makes you feel comfortable and at ease with anything, plus she makes you feel welcome and has good eye contact with her customers.

The staff were fantastic, Mo dealt with my car through the Motability scheme. I received the car on the day given when I first ordered it. I was given all relevant information I required and was told I can contact them at any time if I have any questions, I did have a question and I called and was given an answer immediately. 5 stars, would highly recommend to anyone.

Had car in for service and needed a courtesy car. Only ones available were electric automatics. Said I didn't have a charger and I'd never driven an automatic. Was told car had been on charge all weekend so it was fully charged. Assistant came out to the car with me and showed me what to do. Very helpful staff

Mo Payne is an absolute credit to the whole of the Drive Peugeot Vauxhall Company, (Hartlepool.) She made the whole process, from start to finish, including changing my.mind on the colour, to having my private reg plate put on my new (3008GT 1.2 Hybrid 136GT 5dr eDSC6 Estate) car an absolute breeze. Myself and my wife recently went to Drive Vauxhall to look at second hand cars. And ended up buying a brand new one. Our deal was really excellent and we got a very reasonable price for our part exchange. Jamie our salesman was very professional and certainly not pushy as many sales tend to be. Jamie had lots of patience as we are both in our seventies and getting to know an all electric vehicle is somewhat a challenge. So ten out of ten we both say and a big thank you to Jamie for going the extra mile for us. Gary and Carole Campbell who bought the Corsa E in a lovely silver....now known as the "silver bullet" !!!!

Overall treatment of my visit and dealing with Vauxhall Servicing is a 10/10. Excellent handling of booking my car in & out with Katie at reception. I was kept upto speed with a video of what was being done on my car and a detailed list of red, amber & green bullet points of each item checked and current health of item, you are then in control of what extra work is done.
