After 14 months of frustration and zero resolution from the Vauxhall helpline, these two stepped in and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. I dropped into Drive Redcar when I was considering getting a new car. After visiting a few other garages, I ended up coming back to speak to Ellis again. He was so patient with us and answered all of our questions. He really listened to what I wanted and needed out of a car and was considerate of the budget I had. Once I’d decided on a car, he went above and beyond with explaining the finance agreement and making sure I was getting what I really needed. Not even a week later, I drove out with my new car completely confident in my decision. This was the first car I’d gotten on finance and it was really daunting to begin with, but the guys at Drive Redcar (especially Ellis!) made the process seem a lot less terrifying.

So sorry I’m late writing my review, I’ve been so preoccupied driving around in my new car! My husband and I called in to Drive Redcar to check leg room on a Combo Life. Dave, the Sales Manager, who happened to be in the car park, took us inside, asked what we were looking for and what our needs were. No hard sell, no pushy sales talk that we are all familiar with, just a cup of Coffee, a test drive and a chat. We bought a Grandland, that we didn’t know we wanted or needed. 100% satisfied with our purchase. 100% satisfied with our experience. Would we recommend Drive Redcar?……100% in fact we already have.

Over 12 years ago we had a bad experience re added charges to our finance with Drive Vauxhall, therefore we were very reluctant to return. However, after speaking with Alex Pearson he reassured us that we would not pay for any extras that we didn't want. On going ahead with our purchase I can honestly say that Alex kept to his word.
