Extremely please with the service received! Josh in particular has been fantastic, very informative with no pressure and also super understanding of our budget. Explained extras we could have but didn’t try to upsell! We purchased on Saturday and collected on Wednesday, asked to discuss gap insurance, which he was very knowledgable about. Very pleased customers and will Highly recommend this dealership!

Car dealership to go to for your MG! Recently visited to check on a used MG 4, but we ended buying a new MG 4 Urban! Credit should go to Martin Carlin, who made us feel comfortable from the word go. He took time to explain us the options we had on the used ones. When we had our eyes on the new MG 4 urban in the showroom, took time explain the configs and commercials on the car, followed by arranging the test drive. Then everything was followed seamlessly from the car ordering to delivery (earlier that the expected date😍). Improvement points could be the 'very limited' parking space for customers.

Hugely pleased with my experience here. Six days from test drive to having the car on my drive. Andy Smith couldn't have been more helpful and the whole process was smooth, friendly and seamless. The showroom was bright an airy, no pressure from anyone for the sale and to top it all, the coffee was great!

Andy was amazing from start to finish. He was always on hand to answer my stupid questions with a smile :) very friendly and makes a mean coffee! Thanks a million Andy :)

Needing a car to fit our growing family we came to drive MG to see what our options were. I can honestly say we have had the best experience, our salesman was Martin Carlin and his attention to detail in what we needed was above and beyond. he helped us find a car that fit our needs but was within our price range. He made us feel at at ease with all our interactions and never made us felt under pressure. When it came to picking up the car we managed to get there a day early and Martin was welcoming and didn't make us feel like we had rushed him or we had inconvenienced him. Our experience was so far from that we had experienced previously at other dealerships that if and when the time comes for another upgrade it will be Martin we will be visiting again. thank-you so much!

I went to the Leamington MG garage on Thursday 24th July to look at a MG4. I was helped by Andy Smith. He was very helpful answering all of my questions and took me out for a test drive. I felt like Andy was honest about the car and gave me a genuine review. He was welcoming and polite, I would recommend going to this garage!

I can not fault my experience at MG Leamington. Sam was so knowledgable and understanding from someone who has little to no experience buying a new car. He was patient with explaining the options I had and from the initial call to handing over the keys he was professional and helpful. I know that should I have any questions there will be someone at this branch who will be able to help me. Nothing was too much trouble!

We dealt with Sam butler who was fantastic from the start, he was not pushy listened to what we wanted and got us a great deal. Fantastic aftercare for a few issues we needed to sort. Will most certainly be going back to see Sam in a year of two to replace our other car

Bought an MG EV4 from this dealership in June 2025 and I have to say the service and responsiveness of the sales executive (Ian Hodges) was brilliant. Very helpful and informative making the process easy and quick. Ian sent me a video of the vehicle as requested as I'm on the south coast and answered all my questions swiftly. Called on Saturday, car delivered Thursday. I would recommend Ian and the dealership as they know what a difference it makes having great customer service.

My mom brought a car from MG and said that her service from everyone was fantastic, so I decided to go there to look for a new car. Josh was excellent and made things go smoothly, even though there were a few hiccups, from my side, Josh and Blake were extremely helpful and sorted any problems out that arose. Josh kept me in the loop with everything and always made me feel welcome when I came into the showroom for help. The price and extras I got for my new car was at a great price. I would definitely recommend this dealership and all the staff in there are fantastic.. & they have great hot chocolates.

Having purchased cars over the past 60 years, I have to say our experience at MG Leamington Spa was the most enjoyable to date. We were looked after primarily by Josh Quinn, a very professional but also very friendly young man. The enthusiasm of youth coupled with a mature experience. We also met Blake Carter who with Josh negotiated the deal which was acceptable to both parties. No pressure selling but lots of attention to detail and ensuring we fully understood everything involved.
