This is my second time going through this branch for my son’s Motability vehicle, and it’s also the second time Jose Hidalgo has helped me. The first time, he took over my order after another dealer effectively disappeared. This time, he managed the process from start to finish, and his service was impeccable throughout. I was kept fully informed at every stage, he took the time to explain all of my options, and I never felt pressured into anything. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely a lovely bloke. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to the dealership. Ordering a new vehicle can feel quite intimidating, especially when you’re making decisions about such an important purchase, but Jose made the whole process straightforward, stress-free and actually enjoyable.

Fantastic 5* service from first contact to repair being carried out and car returned to me. Can I also comment on a lady called Amanda who dealt with the problem for me on the phone. She was amazing. She was very efficient but also reassuring, I felt that I was talking to a caring family member.
