Our Price Promise guarantees value for money!

Whether you’re getting a service, MOT test or you need some repair work on your vehicle, at Drive, we want you to get value for money. Although we price our servicing options competitively anyway, if you do find a cheaper quote elsewhere, we’ll guarantee to match it* if you have the work carried out with us. That way, you’re still getting the best deal but you also have the peace of mind that your vehicle is being looked after by expertly trained technicians.

We’ll even price match 7 days after the work has been completed on your car! If you see the same service cheaper elsewhere, within 7 days, we’ll refund you the difference.

Did you know that with Drive Motor Retail, you can spread the cost of your service, repair or even new tyres work with our EMaC programme^, with no interest? That means you can have any work carried out and spread the costs over 4 payments, without paying anything extra.

1. Definition: the difference between the price charged at the Drive Dealership and the lower quoted price that you obtained for the same like for like service or repair;
b. Same like for like service or repair: means the identical service or repair by a franchised garage and using parts of the same standard to those provided by the Drive Dealership that has carried out your service or repair;
c. Drive Dealership: the Drive dealership specified on your service or repair invoice upon which you wish to claim under the Drive Price Promise.
2. Where you find the Same Service at a cheaper price, within a 10 mile radius of the Drive Dealership that you have had your service carried out at, you may request a refund of the Difference;
3. You may only request a refund of the Difference if you put your claim in writing (including email or fax) to the Service Manager of the Drive Dealership where you had the service work undertaken, within seven days of the date of the invoice for the service work/s. The Service Manager is not under an obligation to respond immediately and will do so as soon as reasonably practicable;
4. In making such a claim, you will need to provide evidence of (1) the works undertaken at the Drive Dealership; (2) a genuine quote obtained for the Same Service; (3) sufficient details of the parts to be used and service provided to enable the Drive Dealership to form a conclusion as to whether the parts and service are identical or of an identical standard to those used by Drive; (4) contact details for the comparator; (5) information on where you found the cheaper Same Service; and (6) your contact details.
5. Drive Price Promise does not apply where:
a. the lower price is offered under any promotion with a third party (including, but not limited to, promotions with newspapers, exhibitions or other special events); or
b. the lower price makes use of prices that are not published and are not available to the general public. These include, but are not limited to, corporate discount rates, and staff rates;
c. the lower price has been discounted by the comparator garage by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost; or
d. the Difference is the result of an error by the comparator garage.
6. Drive Motor Retail Ltd reserves the right to terminate or amend this offer at any time without notice

Drive Motor Retail Limited is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No 497010). Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows Drive Motor Retail Limited to act as a credit broker, not as a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes Vauxhall Finance. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to Vauxhall Finance, who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to be make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and Vauxhall Finance also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
